Recommendations on the National Art Park Plan

The "Recommendations on the National Art Park Plan" was published by the tentatively named National Art Park Plan Promotion Committee in January 2006. This proposal, which was produced based on two years of study and taking into consideration input from the general public, describes the initiatives that the committee believes should be implemented to coincide with the 150th anniversary of the port's opening to foreign trade in 2009.
